Purchase this product and we will email you a stamp for you to return your product. Once we receive it, we will update whichever pieces are necessary to bring your figure up to speed with current improvements where items connect. If you'd like to get new hands, you'll want to purchase those separately here

What about life time warranty?

If your figure has a life time warranty and something broke, then you get free replacements to those pieces and you'll want to email us at store@armaturenine.com with a photo of the part that's missing or broken so that we can identify the part and model and get you the right part in the mail. The only payment you'll need to make is to cover the shipping cost (for those living outside the US).

What if my figure is from before 2017

Email us a photo of the figure and we'll discuss options via email. You may quality for a full refund via store credit if you return the figure.
